Both the ceremony and reception will be hosted at the Arizona Nordic Village, 16848 US-180, Flagstaff, AZ, 86002. Please keep in mind that this is a fully outdoor venue.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. If you are not utilizing the provided shuttle transportation, we recommend planning to arrive to the venue closer to 4:00pm to account for possible traffic.

We will start accepting RSVP responses when formal invitations go out around January. For now, we just wanted to give everyone ample notice to plan for travel, work, etc. Once you receive your formal invitation, please RSVP by April 4.

When you go to the RSVP page online, it will note whether or not we were able to allot a plus one. We are limiting additional guests to ensure we are celebrating with our closest friends and family. We also have to consider the venue's allowed capacity. Please do not bring anyone who is not included on your invitation. There will not be extra seating for unexpected guests.

We are keeping the wedding adult only (21+) to ensure parents are able to let loose and have fun!

Please check with us first, especially if we don’t personally know the person you’d be bringing instead.

If you can no longer attend or originally said you couldn't but now can, please notify our wedding planner as soon as possible at krystal@gardeniawed.com. It is extremely important we provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count.

We request formal garden party attire for our guests. We kindly ask that you adhere to the "formal" dress code by avoiding casual items such as jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and flip-flops. Additionally, to avoid blending with the wedding party, we ask that you avoid solid pastel purples, blues, and yellows as well as dark green suits. There is complimentary self-parking available at the venue. However, if you plan to enjoy adult beverages with us, we recommend utilizing the provided shuttle service (more information on the "travel" page).
